Our compliance pedigree runs deep — 25 years spanning some of the most heavily regulated environments in the country. It started with ammunition compliance in the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division, then moved into large reference laboratories in anatomic pathology, where compliance is governed by CMS's Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), the federal standard for all laboratory testing. From there, into regional OSHA medical compliance and inspection services for small and mid-size healthcare groups, and into sterile drug compounding facilities regulated jointly by the Board of Pharmacy, the FDA, and the DEA. Across every one of those environments, the job was the same: managing responses to deficiencies and administrative actions, and coming out the other side in compliance.

That experience taught us one thing above all: compliance shouldn't feel like something to fear. For too long, OSHA training has felt like a checkbox built to intimidate — dense language, confusing requirements, and the nagging worry that you missed something. We think that's backwards.
